Private King Tut's Tomb, Valley of the Kings & Queens, Hatshepsut

On this tour you will explore two of Egypt’s most famous burial sites: the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. You’ll stand face to face with the royal mummy of Tutankhamun inside his tomb in the Valley of the Kings and hear about the boy king who took the throne at around 10 and died under mysterious circumstances at about 19. Along the way, your Egyptologist guide will explain the history and stories behind the tombs you visit. You will also enter other significant tombs in both valleys, including the Tomb of Queen Nefertari, noted as one of the most beautifully preserved tombs in Egypt. Please note that Nefertari’s tomb may be temporarily closed to visitors depending on preservation schedules. Your licensed, knowledgeable Egyptologist guide will bring context to the finds and inscriptions as you move through the sites. Round‑trip transportation from your Luxor hotel is included.
