Overview

Explore Luxor, known as the world’s largest open-air museum, on a private guided tour led by an Egyptologist. You will visit some of the city’s most famous sites and hear the history behind them as you move through each location. Along the way, your guide will share stories and insights that help bring the ancient pharaohs and their monuments to life. Highlights include the Valley of the Kings, Art Valley, the Alabaster Factory, Hatsheput Temple, the Colossi of Memnon and the Habiba Hand Weavers. You will see tombs, temples and monumental sculpture, learn about ancient beliefs and craftsmanship, and observe traditional weaving at Habiba. Door-to-door transfers are included, so you will travel between sites with minimal fuss while your Egyptologist explains the significance of what you’re seeing.
