While I’m sure the team had good intentions, the tour was severely lacking in professionalism, organization, and safety. Unfortunately, these issues made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. • The tour started late due to a delayed pickup by a driver who did not speak English, making communication difficult. • Instead of the guide meeting us at the first stop as expected, we had to pick him up slightly out of way, causing an additional delay. • The guide appeared impatient and, at times, confrontational, which made the experience uncomfortable. Our guide Ehab was very knowledgeable and was able to give insights into Egyption culture at the museum. We felt 4 hours are bit less to cover the market plus museum given the Cairo traffic. Overall great experience to learn about Egyptian history.

Great safe way to get to the Egyptian museum. My Driver Raafat contacted me soon after booking and let me know he was on his way. Raafat was kind and safe. He dropped and picked me up near the museum at the exact times I asked. Raafat is very knowledgeable about the area and the many tourist sights. I appreciated that he shared and answered questions about the surrounding area on the drive. Raafat was kind, understanding; and respectful when I decided not to go to the bazar (feeling tired) and wanted to go back to hotel. The tour was very good. The guide was knowledgeable and kind. He showed us the key features of the museum and explained them very well as well as giving us free time to look at items we wanted to. The driver was very good at driving and was funny. would definitely recommend!
