Waleed was my guide! He came to pick me up early and taught me lots of interesting stuff at each site - I learned so much. He also kept things interactive, asking me how I thought the ancient Egyptians constructed things (before giving me the answer 😉), helping me pronounce ancient Egyptian words, and offering to help take pictures without me ever having to ask. I got to take my time at each site - which were amazing - and never felt rushed, or pushed to go to a shop. Karim was also a great driver.
