No issues, very communicative, flexible, and organized. Pick up/drop off: exactly when expected, at my hotel at the time discussed. Same goes for the drop off. Balloon: such a fun experience. Thankfully the wind cooperated! Everyone working was professional and doing everything they could to inform the guests and keep us safe.
