Unser Reiseführer Osama Mohawes war sehr kompetent, freundlich und hat alles auf ausgezeichnetem Deutsch erklärt. Die Abholung am Hotel erfolgte pünktlich und der gesamte Ausflug war bestens organisiert. Trotz des langen Transfers hat sich die Tour absolut gelohnt. Die ausgewählten Ziele waren sehr sehenswert und boten interessante Wahlmöglichkeiten. Klare Empfehlung!
Non potevamo desiderare guida migliore di Maddalena. Ha trasformato la nostra giornata a Luxor in un viaggio nella storia: spiegazioni chiare, aneddoti affascinanti e una grande professionalità. Dalla Valle dei Re al Tempio di Karnak fino alla feluca sul Nilo, tutto è stato perfetto. Ci siamo sentiti accolti, seguiti e arricchiti. Una guida straordinaria e una persona splendida.
Es war wirklich ein absolut beeindruckender Trip. Zugegeben sehr anstrengend und mit insgesamt 20 Stunden. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. Der Fahrer Faris brachte uns sicher nach Luxor und wieder zurück. Besonders beeindruckend war unser Guide Mark (mit K). ;-) Wahnsinn welch Wissen er hat. Er hat den Trip sehr kurzweilig für uns gemacht. Wir haben sehr viel gelernt und Mark ist mit viel Leidenschaft auf unsere Fragen eingegangen. Toller Mensch! Absolute Empfehlung auch als Privat-Trip.
Hat alles super geklappt, Abholung beim Hotel und Fahrt nach Luxor, dort wurden wir von unserem Reiseleiter Osama M. empfangen. Er erzählte uns alles Wissenswerte und es wurde nie langweilig. Unser Sohn (3 Jahre) war auch mit und auch dieser machte alles mit. Es war ein heißer jedoch interessanter Tag, Osama hat uns gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis, den Ausflug am Nil zur Bananeninsel organisiert und so konnten wir Luft schnappen, und unser Sohn konnte sich die Tiere auf der Bananeninsel anschauen. Wir würden den Ausflug sicher wieder machen.
My partner and I are from Germany and booked our Luxor day trip from the Steigenberger Aldau Hotel, where Mark (Egyptologist) and our driver George were recommended, and it was absolutely the right choice. Our driver picked us up at 5:30 AM at the hotel. The 3.5-hour drive was long, but definitely worth it. We returned around 7 PM after a full and unforgettable day. Today my partner and I did this trip, and although the 3am meeting time made for a long day, it was completely worthwhile. The tombs and temples on the tour surpass most ancient ruins you can visit elsewhere in the world. Much of the original structure and artistry has been preserved to a remarkable level.
