I booked a private day tour from Luxor to the Edfu and Kom Ombo temples, with an option to be dropped off in Aswan. While some parts of the tour were acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing and poorly organized. Communication before the tour was extremely weak. Messages sent through the booking platform chat were ignored. Messages sent to the WhatsApp number provided in the booking confirmation were also unanswered until the morning of the tour. There was no contact number for the guide or driver, which created serious issues. Pickup was scheduled for 6:00 AM. The driver arrived a
