Book hot air balloon with transportation and entry to temples. Flew in from Cairo. When we landed we were told through Whatsapp they wouldn't do balloon ride and wanted us to pay more for pick up. I said we wanted refund because at that point we would be paying $220 booking fee just on transport where they expected us to wait at airport for an hour and a half. I said no. That's not what I paid for. They refuse refund. They stole our money and did not deliver anything on their end. He refused to pick us up when I told him I would not agree to any other options tomorrow. Insane. Avoid. We ended
