They didn’t show up in the airport leaving me stranded and didn’t refund me

送迎サービスとしては最低でした。 空港からホテルまでの移動であればUberを利用すれば良いのですが、フライト到着後にスムーズに移動したくて、多少の出費を足して送迎サービスを依頼したのですが、実際は空港に到着してもドライバーはおらず。 WhatsAppでエージェントに連絡したところ「ドライバーはすでに到着口に到着している」旨で噛み合わず…「現在地の写真を送ってくれ」との要望により写真を送りましたがドライバーは現れず…(※アスワン空港の到着口は1箇所のみです) もう送迎サービスを諦めてUberを呼ぼうとしたタイミングで駐車場から悠然と若者が歩いてきて、私が先ほど送った写真の画像を見せて来ました。(「すでに到着している」は何だったのか？) 更に、車に乗り込んだ後、「1分待って」と言って何やらしきりにメッセージを送っていました。(エージェントに遅れた言い訳をしていたのかも知れませんが…) その後、ドライバーが駐車場の係員と話し込んでいるところに苦情を言ったところ、ようやく出発。 結局、Uberよりも高い代金を支払い、無駄な足止めをくらい、ストレスを溜めただけでした。 因みに車はドライバーの私物のようでした。このあたりもUberと品質は変わりません。 当然、WhatsAppでのやり取りは英語になりますので、旅行慣れしていない方にはお勧めしません。(英語が話せても解決はしませんが…) エジプト

My first time in Egypt which started in Aswan. I knew I’ll be exhausted to deal with drivers at the arrival hall in Aswan Int. Airport after a long journey, so I chose to pre book a transportation to my hotel. It was a right decision. My flight was 3 times delayed and I was very tired. I kept posting my new flight schedule with Mayer of the company and he was always supportive until I safely got to my hotel. Their driver was patiently waiting for me at the airport. Very good service. Very communicative over WhatsApp, and the driver was at the agreed upon place at the agreed upon time. Price is very reasonable. Got to the airport from Aswan quickly and I felt safe in the car.
