Overview

You will be collected from your hotel in Cairo or Giza for an all‑inclusive private tour of the Giza Plateau and the Egyptian Museum. Along the way you will visit the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, and see the Great Sphinx, which dates back to the time of Chephren. As part of the visit you will ride a camel around the pyramids and explore the Valley Temple that belongs to the pyramid of Chephren. Lunch at a local restaurant is included. After lunch you will explore more of the Giza Plateau and its antiquities from the desert using a four‑wheeler (ATV). The day continues at the Egyptian Museum, which features artefacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection spanning 5,000 years of art and is considered the largest, most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world, including an exhibit dedicated entirely to Tutankhamen. At the end of the tour you will be returned to your hotel.
