This overnight trip takes you to Mount Sinai and St Catherine’s Monastery. A comfortable, air‑conditioned vehicle will carry you to St Catherine’s Town, and you’ll be led by a qualified Egyptologist and a Bedouin guide. You’ll spend the night in a 4‑star hotel; after dinner and a good night’s rest you will wake early for a hike to the summit of Mount Sinai, where Moses is said to have received the Ten Commandments. After the climb, you’ll visit St Catherine’s Monastery, the oldest monastery still in use, and explore its church and surroundings. Breakfast at the hotel is included, as are your hotel room and pickup and drop‑off in Cairo. The guides will accompany you throughout the experience, helping you move between the mountain, the monastery and your accommodation before you return to Cairo.
