I am writing this to provide a critical warning to anyone considering booking an Egypt package through Travelodeal. My experience on the MS Nile Jewel in March 2026 was not just a "bad holiday"; it was a systemic failure that resulted in financial extortion. The "Double Payment" Shakedown Despite paying Travelodeal in full months in advance, their local supplier, Hvezda (Hevezda), failed to pay the cruise operator. Mid-trip, the ship’s management informed us that we would be removed from our cabins unless we settled the bill personally. I was forced to pay an additional £420 (approx. 22,050 EG

With timeless tours, we flew business class while people from other tour group groups with our group did not. Likewise, when we were on the Nile Cruise ship, we were the only ones with a suite.
