Everything was great. Picked up by guide Islam who explained everything perfectly helped everyone get to balloon and back to the proper van when we finished. The balloon ride was beautiful, the pilot pointed out landmarks from the air and turned the balloon around so everyone could see the different features. The landing was as smooth as could be. Overall great trip!

Great guide and very well organized. We were picked up on time and after picking up some more guests from nearby hotels we went straight to the ferry and then to a waiting car and then straight to the balloon site. The flying was fantastic and very friendly pilot. A great experience!
