Really cool experience. Hot air balloon ride lasted almost an hour, beautiful sunrise and views. Marwan was really friendly and professional. Highly recommended
We had a lovely balloon trip which was safe and had beautiful views. Marwan was very helpful as our main guide and the whole team worked so well together to set up and pack away the balloon.

Balloon trip was first class. Picked up right on time by Marawan and conveyed by private boat from my hotel to the West bank of the Nile. Given a breakfast pack and coffee on the boat. On arrival at the balloon field was given a safety briefing and very quickly and efficiently we were up, up and away! It was a beautiful, faultless flight, fulfilling a long-held ambition. 24 of us in the very large hot air balloon 🎈 basket. After already paying for my experience on the hot air balloon, I was sent my confirmation number and ticket right away. Then was told when I was picked up that they are all booked. That is very upsetting. You guys should have not even accepted the money if you were already all booked. It’s my last day here and I wanted to end it with a beautiful view that sadly didn’t happen.
