Luxury Balloon Ride in Luxor with Hotels Pickup

Very good ride with a knowledgeable captain that was in constant communication with other balloons and with the crew on earth. We even got our little certificate by the end. It was a very unique and visually pleasing experience!

Upon booking experience there was no proactive communication on what happens next up until 6PM on the evening before at which point I've reached out myself. I was told that event next day is cancelled due to the weather which was true - there were no ballons that day. We've agreed on the time for the next day but nobody showed up and neither of the 2 contacts were answering the phone. I've messaged them the description of the situation, they read the messages but didn't provide any explanation of what happened. They didn't contest the refund claim and seemed nice in prior conversation do I ass

The organisation of the hot air balloon ride was fantastic. All involved were 1st class. If you think you might like to have a go at hot air balloon rides do not wait get it booked you will be very happy with this company

The balloon ride, despite having booked it, is not obvious. Weather conditions, and therefore safety, are decisive. Unfortunately that morning it was too windy and it was not possible to carry it out. The refund was fast
