Anything I was unhappy about, I informed him immediately and he made sure that it was resolved (not like phoning some company's call-center who will make sure that you are left stranded!). In Luxor, remember to do the hot air ballooning at sunrise (pay that little bit extra) and Ahmed is the guy to give you the best deal!
