Louvre Museum Guided Tour

Our guide Cécile was excellent at explaining things, a real gem. What I didn't like was that when we entered with her as a group, we didn't have physical tickets, and while you could stay, you couldn't leave and re-enter. That's a problem if you want to eat at the restaurants outside. And the ones inside were completely packed.

We had an excellent guide who demonstrated a great knowledge of the works. She led us through the Greek statues, explaining the characteristics of the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, and others. She also guided us to the Mona Lisa room and explained its features. Afterward, we were free to explore all the museum's galleries for as long as we liked.

Guide Thiago was surprisingly didactic and attentive, a true lesson in 2 hours. No one needed to shout to ask or explain something because we had an individual support device to discuss the visit (which was a plus). In short, an incredible and unforgettable experience. Valentina is a very knowledgeable guide and was excellent at ensuring we had a quality, enjoyable, and stress-free time inside the Louvre. She was also excellent at managing the other family who had a baby in a stroller, without it impacting the quality of our visit. Thank you so much.

It was very interesting. Our guide, Roberta Estimado, took us on a classic Louvre tour, gave us great information about the history of the museum and the works that make up its collection. Of course, visiting the Louvre takes a lot of time, while this visit is only 2 hours. But, in general, you can grasp a basic concept.
