Overview
Situated in the heart of Neama Bay inside Genena City, the King Tut Museum in Sharm El Sheikh presents an immersive look at the world of Tutankhamun. As you move through the integrated museum, you will encounter 135 one-to-one replicas of King Tut exhibits. Along the way, a series of photographs will show the opening of the cemetery and you will see copies of original documents in the handwriting of Howard Carter, the archaeologist who discovered the cemetery in 1922. The museum has been designed to the highest level of sound and light to enhance the displays. Electronic guides will provide full explanations of the pieces in four different languages, helping you understand the context and detail of the reproductions and archival material.
