Spa was very nice the rooms were adequately clean and the facilities were good. The staff members who performed our treatments were very good. We had a couple of issues with the transfer that were rectified eventually. We had asked the operator about booking more services and they offered 15% off due to the hassle but they never responded to a request for prices hence knocking off a star. For the money though you can’t go wrong and definitely wouldn’t get an experience like that in the U.K. for the code.

We booked a spa with transfer included on February 8, the day we arrived in Egypt. The appointment was scheduled for 4pm, but the establishment put pressure on us to advance the pick-up before 2pm, which we accepted despite the fatigue of the trip. The driver did not find the address and left without waiting for us. As a result, we walked about 30 minutes under the sun (27°C) just after landing, only to be left unsolved. I had booked the 90 minute massage, was very satisfied with everything, incl. Pick-up, waiting time and lollo, the masseuse was great, was already pretty firm, didn't ask for soft, medium or strong before! For me, it fit, everything was quiet, could relax very well! I highly recommend it!

Massage was nice. However, we had to wait an hour after the agreed time. I thought this was too much. We were told 10 minutes, so that was very unfortunate.
