Nice experience, driver was on time, it was clean and relaxing. Friendly staff. Sauna, steambath, scrub, facemask and massage all were well.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Driver arrived early. Once we got changed we were led through for our sauna, followed by steam room and then had some relaxation time in the Jacquzzi before starting the Hammam experience. We had a skin peel and foam bath which was very enjoyable. Afterwards we had an hour long massage which was great. . We feel like new people after it. Excellent value for money. Have been here once before and will definitely come again. Can't recommend this place enough.

Our pickup, which was included in the price, was forgotten. At pickup time came a WhatsApp where we were. I should send a picture of the hotel. No reaction after that. After waiting 30 minutes I have written to the provider, even since no reaction. Then our security representative from the hotel got involved and called. After 60 minutes finally pick up from the hotel. Upon arrival at Clepatra Spa, there was tea. RUN AWAY... Already the driver was half an hour late to pick us up. Arrived on the spot, a wait not possible, it speaks very loudly from everywhere. We're like a herd in an enclosure. Hammam and massage at a super affordable price. We started with the sauna, then Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and ended with Hammam and massage. The care of the staff in washing the body was really thorough and the massage was excellent. One of the best ever made!
