This operator seems to scam as a modus operandi. After we intentionally booked an early he tried to first move us to a different time slot, then to cancel for them to avoid Viator fees and pay in cash, then try to renegotiate. I had a very dishonest feel about them.
We were supposed to see the sunrise in the air but good experience overall though. Nice and friendly staff.
