Excellent English speaking tour guide named Hassan Esnawi who picked us up from our hotel and took us on a customised tour of the Tombs of valleys of the kings in Luxor. I appreciated how clear he was when speaking and his knowledge. We were tired and he also arranged for us to rest. 5 star!

"Do not trust this operator. We specifically booked a sunrise flight and confirmed multiple times via message that we would be in the air for sunrise. When we questioned the late pickup time, the operator lied to us, promising a 'private car' that would get us to the site in 10 minutes to ensure we made the first flight. Anyone who wish to book the hot air balloon ride with Nice Tours should be aware that this is AFTER SUNRISE hot air balloon ride. I initially paid for ~$40usd via tripadvisor. The night before tour starts, the operator contacted me that Egypt authority canceled all rides next day due to weather. When i asked for more, they told me that before sunrise tour is not canceled and requested me to pay additional $30usd to upgrade to that time slot.
