Half Day to west bank at Luxor

Once we actually started moving, the tour was ok, they took us to the locations as planned and gave us information about them. Hence the 3 stars. However, we were not impressed with the fact that they were half an hour late after confirming the start time more than once the day before, and making us be ready for 8am. When they arrived, we had to stop for gas, and then drop one of the cars at the guide’s house as the group wasn’t big enough to need two cars. By the way this is not what we’d call a private tour, it’s a small group. We had another person with us, despite the description saying it

We booked a half day tour to the Westbank temples with Lily Tours, which included the transfer from the hotel, the German speaking guide, the visit to the Valley of the Kings (where you get to see three tombs), the temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. All entrance tickets are not included, you have to calculate approx. 400 EGP per person for that. You also visit a Alabaster "factory", which wasn't on our initial booking - we didn't like that visit very much, but you can easily refrain from buying anything if you don't want to.
