!!Do NOT trust this company with your vacation!! I chose to trust this company with my second vacation to Egypt for my birthday, as I had used them for our tour a few years ago and loved the guide. I'd like to keep this short and succinct: this company lied, this company was late, this company double booked tours, this company rushed me while on my tour, this company kept extra money and did not follow through on refund for services not given, this tour almost managed to to ruin my holiday. Hice el tour por el Gran museo con el guía Mahmoud niazy. Estuvo increíble! Pasaron a buscarme puntual y fuimos directamente al museo cuando recién abría por lo que no tuvimos que esperar para comprar las entradas. Al principio prácticamente estábamos solos así que pudimos disfrutar del museo tranquilos. Si pueden elegir el guía ese es Mahmoud, super amable y responde a todas tus inquietudes, muy predispuesto y se nota que ama lo que hace. Muy divertido también! Hemos realizado un tour privado de medio día al antiguo museo egipcio. La experiencia fue excepcional gracias a nuestra guía Riham. Es una una excelente profesional, habla español perfecto y tenia un amplio conocimiento de la historia egipcia. El transporte fue muy bueno con recogida en nuestro hotel. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna! Experiencia 5 estrellas!

カイロ、ピラミッド半日ツアーに参加。極めて素晴らしい体験でした。日本からコンタクトしましたが、現地ツアーデスクからの返信が迅速かつ的確。日本の高級ホテルスタッフと交信しているかの如く。この迅速的確はカイロに入ってからも続きました。私のフライト遅延を中継空港から知らせると、全てを微調整。そこまでやるか!と対応の的確さに舌を巻きました。 さて遅ればせながらカイロ空港について、空港ロビーをでた瞬間にあるエジプト人男性と目が合いました。驚くなかれ、彼がガイドのissamさん。勿論、相関単に落ち合えるはずはないので、いくつかいじわる質問をして彼がemo ツアーの人だと確認しました。 彼のガイドぶりはエジプト観光局の局長ではないかと思うくらい熱心的確。貴方が喜んでくれると私も嬉しい、が口癖。写真もバンバン撮ってくれるし、他に何をリクエストして良いのか分かりません。彼はガイドと言うよりも日本とエジプトの友好を強化するエンターテイメント大使です。 因みに今回は私の都合で空港ピックアップ、ホテル終点にしてもらいました。この柔軟な対応で一日他のことに使えました。今回初めてemo ツアーを使いましたが大満足です。私のコメントは決してヤラセ、サクラではありません。51番目の訪問国エジプトが大好きになりました。
