Guide was on time and very knowledgeable. Avoid allowing the guide to take you to other vendors, such as the spice store we were taken to, which was a big rip off.

Firstly, i cant say enough about our guide Amal. She is educated, patient, attentive and helped make this excursion the best day! From the pyramids to the sphinx all the way through shopping and lunch she was a professional with a personal touch!

Spent some very nice moments, definitely recommended. All the exhibitions are presented in a capturing way. You will need at least 3 hours in order to have a quick look at most of them.

Great experience. Nuora was knowledgeable, prompt, caring and clearly concerned about our comfort and safety. We had some specific requests for the museum and she constantly checked with us that she was meeting our needs. Nuara began the tour with a "welcome drink" at a friend's spice shop. It was a pleasant exposure to a local shop. We were offered and drank cokes, then off to the museum. There were 4 of us with differing hearing abilities. We think having a "whisper system" would have been helpful.

Noura was amazing: knowledgeable, patient, and soke good English. The GEM is unforgettable! However, I thought I had paid for tickets, got a bar code. That was not accepted. It was “fake tickets.” I had to buy again.
