Giza Pyramids Sphinx and Valley Temple Guided Tour from Cairo

Overview

You will travel from Cairo in an air-conditioned car to the Giza plateau to see the Great Sphinx and the Giza Pyramids. Along the way and on arrival you’ll take in the three main monuments named in the visit: the pyramids of Cheops (the Pyramid of Khufu), Chefren and Mykerinus, and you’ll stop at the Valley Temple to see its remains up close. Giza, on the outskirts of Cairo, is home to some of the most famous and imposing ancient structures. Several of the pyramids there are counted among the largest structures ever built. The Pyramid of Khufu is the largest Egyptian pyramid and is the last of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World still in existence, despite being the oldest by about 2,000 years. This visit offers the chance to view those landmarks in person and to appreciate their scale and historical importance as you move around the plateau.
