Giza Pyramids, Saqqara & Memphis Tour with Camel Ride & Lunch
A trusted partner experience, hand-picked and featured on This is Egypt.

Overview
You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza and travel in an air-conditioned vehicle with a guide who will provide commentary as you explore the area’s ancient sites. The day includes a visit to the Step Pyramid of Zoser, built for King Djoser around 2630 BC and Egypt’s oldest existing colossal stone building. You will also see Memphis, the first capital after Upper and Lower Egypt were unified around 3100 BC, where the Colossal Statue of Ramesses II is on display. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will visit the Giza Pyramids — Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus — and view the Great Sphinx, the limestone statue with a pharaoh’s head and a lion’s body. You will also explore the Valley Temple, a funerary complex with a mortuary temple and the Pyramids of Chefren. The experience typically includes time for some shopping before you are returned to your accommodation in Cairo or Giza.
