A real mixed bag and difficult to give an overall score. Our guide, Radwa, was amazing and fully deserves 5 stars. She was extremely knowledgeable, funny and a lovely person to spend the day with. What let the experience down was the administration led by Mr Hassan: His communication was abrupt and a little dismissive when questions were asked. We were booked on a midnight flight home on the basis the 9pm flight would make the day more rushed. In the end we ended up having to book and pay for an extra walking tour to fill up the spare time and still get to the airport 3 hours before our flight
