Ali was our guide and his service was very personalized, he surprised us for good because we did not expect that. She was aware of us and what we needed to make us comfortable at all times. He knows the whole story very well and tells it with a lot of passion, it is impossible to get bored with him. He is very prudent and respects personal space and does not ask for a tip unlike most places.
