Full Day Tour from Hurghada to Visit Luxor with Lunch

Overview

You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada and travel to the east bank of Luxor to explore Luxor’s monumental sites. At Karnak Temple you’ll see structures dedicated to the Theban triad — Amun Ra, Mut and Khonsu — and enter the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 columns arranged in rows. An optional lunch at a local restaurant is available along the way. On the west bank, often called the city of the dead, your guide will take you into the Valley of the Kings to visit three tombs, where you can admire the skill of ancient Egyptian artists and their use of vibrant colours. You’ll also visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, where your guide will explain her divine birth, and stop at the Colossi of Memnon for photos before transferring back to Hurghada.
