Full Day Luxor Tour From Cairo By Airplane

Overview

Your day begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Cairo and a transfer to Cairo Airport. On arrival in Luxor, a local representative and guide will meet you and drive you in a private, air-conditioned car to begin the sightseeing. You’ll visit the West Bank, home to the Valley of the Kings where many pharaohs are buried, and then see the grand Temple of Hatshepsut, dedicated to Egypt’s only female pharaoh. Along the way you’ll stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the two giant statues of Amenhotep III, before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon you’ll explore the vast Karnak Temple complex, followed by a visit to Luxor Temple, dedicated to the goddess Mut. The tour concludes with a relaxing cup of tea or coffee at a local café before you are transferred to Luxor Airport for your return flight to Cairo.
