Ahmed was our tour guide and he was great! He took us around from place to place and was very nice. He was also knowledgeable about the lakes and waterfalls. Abdullah was our driver and he did a great job of driving the 4x4 across the dunes and making us some tea after we sand boarded. In total, the trip took about 8-9 hours. Make sure to bring enough cash to tip your driver and tour guide.
Great experience overall! All fees for parks included in price of tour. Atmosphere was great. Our tour guide Ahmed was amazing. He took time to answer questions and show us all around. Our driver Abdalla was fantastic. He took us for a great ride all over the sand dunes! Crowd size was just the two of us but there was definitely room for more. Visit was a good amount of time. Started early to try to beat the heat as much as possible which was much appreciated!
This is a MUST for your Egypt trip. Request Ahmed for your tour guide. He took me deep into the heart of the desert. The petrified whales were absolutely amazing as well as trying my hand at sand boarding… I need practice. He also took me to the magic lake where I got to go for a refreshing swim.
I absolutely loved my day with Ahmed and Ahmed, it was incredible! This is truly a place not to be missed. The guide and the driver went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful day, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this experience with them.
