結論から言うと、車と船で気球乗り場まで連れて行って貰いましたが、天候の関係で乗れませんでした。しかし、申し込んですぐに確認の連絡が来たり、レスポンスも早く、安心出来ました。(他のアプリで申し込んだ、他の会社のルクソール観光のツアーは全く連絡が取れず、結局当日来なかったのでとても心配していました) 天候による中止に伴っての返金手続きもその日の内にしてくれました。 今回は残念でしたが、次にエジプトにきた時は必ずまた申し込みたいと思います。 ちなみに、冬に行く人は相当着込まないと寒いです。
Recomendable 200% Todo el personal del equipo inmejorables (atentos, comunicativos, afables...) Anécdota; tengo mucho vértigo y, en principio, no quería realizar esta actividad, pero le hacía tanta ilusión a mi hija, que me animé. En ningún momento he sentido inestabilidad o inseguridad. A pesar de mi vértigo, la disfruté y, más, viendo el amanecer. Ánimo ha realizarla. Además calidad- precio insuperable.
