This latesest addition to the Alexandria attractions came as a surprise to us. Amazing display and artifacts. The guides are very helpful. A must see.

This is newly staged and opened ,so forgive if not fully functioning .The exhibits are ranging and wonderful ,staged superbly ,especially the Crocodile Deity Temple ,complete with mummified Crocodile . We were all very excited by the entire experience and we are well travelled and not easily impressed ,so were excited to visit the shop to buy books and support in any way possiblle .Oh no ! The shop is not ooppenn yet ,disappointing indeed . But a good reason to return to Alexandria ,stay at The Metropole ,revisit the wonderful Museums .

Wir hatten einen super tollen Tag mit Am Eriny in Alexandria. Sie hat uns alles Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erklärt. Bibliothek, Amphitheater, koptische Kirche, Hafen, Palast, Es hat einfach Spass gemacht. Den Fahrer muss man auch lobend erwähnen. Diese Tour zur Einführung Alexandria können wir nur empfehlen. We used these guys for a 6 hour tour through Alexandria. Karim was very knowledgable about the history and town, and Mohammed the driver was very professional too. We had a great variety of things to see and do with excellent organisation. We asked for the same guide and driver to take us to Rosetta (Rashid) the following day too. This was a magical place and walking through the township was fantastic fun. The shop owners all knew Karim so we were able to get an insight to day-to-day life there.
