Overview

You will start at the Egyptian Museum, where you can explore its collection of historical statues and see the golden masks King Tut wore. As you move through the galleries, you'll learn about some of the most famous artefacts from ancient Egypt and take in the scale and detail of these ancient works. Next you will visit the mosque of Mohamed Ali and then make your way to the oldest area in Cairo. Along the way you'll have the opportunity to see the Roman fort of Babylon and some Coptic churches, offering a glimpse into the city's layered history. The experience concludes as you continue to the Khan Bazaar, a very traditional market in the city, where you can wander the lanes and absorb the atmosphere of a long-standing trading quarter.
