Overview

This evening experience will take you out into the desert of the Qubbat Al-Hasana Reserve. You'll head to a Bedouin camp where you'll dine on authentic dishes like meat or chicken mandi – a specialty cooked in a pit with rice, vegetables and spices – tajines and salad, served with soft drinks. After dinner, you'll try traditional Arabic coffee and Bedouin tea as you look at the stars. Dessert will be kunafa – a sweet combination of shredded pastry layers and sugar syrup. Your night will culminate in a folkloric fire show with Tanoura dance.
