Overview

You will have two nights' hotel accommodation in Cairo on a bed and breakfast basis. During your stay, two guided day tours in Cairo are included so you can explore the city's most famous sights and learn about their history. On one day you'll visit the Great pyramids and the Sphinx, and then continue to the ancient sites of Memphis and Sakkra. Along the way you'll see the monumental tombs and archaeological remains that tell the story of early Egyptian civilisation. On the other day you'll visit the Egyptian Museum and Old Cairo, where you can view collections of artefacts and move through historic neighbourhoods and churches that reflect Cairo's layered past. Each tour focuses on the key landmarks named and gives you time to take in the sites and their context.
