Cairo Layover Tours to Giza Pyramids old Egyptian Museum Bazaar

Hemos pasado el día con ellos y ha sido fantástico. Nuestro guía “Hache” habla perfecto español y el chofer siempre estaba donde lo necesitabas. Se ha adaptado a nuestras necesidades en todo momento y ha sido muy amable y profesional. Las explicaciones muy amenas. Además hemos ido a comer a un sitio típico y visitado mercados y tiendas! Hubiera sido imposible aprovechar el día al máximo por nuestra cuenta. ¡Muy recomendado!

We are a family of 5 with 3 young children. We had a lovely tour day to see Museum, Giza pyramids. Sayed Mahoud is our guide. He is knowledgeble and very honest man. He was trying to make the best of our day considered that we lost 3 hours due to flight delayed (we booked flight seperately with Egyptair). Sayed consulted us which activitivies we should do and how in our limited time to make the most of the day. Also he helped us to avoid local sale people at the sites and even get some love local food to eat while waiting at the airport. Definitely recommend! I'll book with Emo tour next time

Terrible Terrible Terrible Tour started late , waited outside pyramids for over 2 hours, unbelievably terrible service

This time we toured the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx and the museum. There is also a bit of shopping. The guide, Sayed Mahmoud, was very good at explaining things and although I am not very good at English, the explanations were easy to understand. I would recommend this tour to Japanese people whose English is not good. It was very blender! We had a lot of photos taken at the most photogenic spots. Lunch is buffet style and you can eat Egyptian food. I was able to eat well. Even though we only had one day to visit Giza, it was good that you showed us so much in an efficient way. We had a great time on our tour with Sayed Mahmoud, he is very knowledgeable & friendly, and took us to places we wanted to see & skipped some stops we had already seen on our request. We enjoyed our day on the tour.

I do regret booking with EMO. They lack honesty, professionalism, punctuality, and good planning. They use their drivers as guides while I paid for a tour that includes an Egyptologist guide. The personnel that I was texting for details about the tour was writing very bad English that could be hardly understood and communication was very poor. I do not believe it is a company in the true sense of word that is why I could advise you with rest that you should never book wit EMO as it is just a waste of time and money.
