My tour guide Eslam was great and made the tour interesting and meaningful. Our driver was also very professional and helped us move along in a timely manner from one place to another. As far as the tour administration, I was a bit disappointed that there was a disconnect about a couple items advertised on the Viator page (i.e. "a free camel ride" and "souvenir shopping at Khan el-Khalili bazaar.") The two were not actually fulfilled, and I particularly chose this tour, though it was more expensive, because it had the bazaar added. I would have maybe gone with a similar tour that was less expe
