From start to finish the tours we did with Sharm Smile Tour were excellent. All information was received in good time and the tours were exactly as advertised. We did two tours with the company. Full day trip to Petra and a private tour to St Catherines Monastery. The Petra trip was part of a larger group. However, we had a smaller group with a guide who was excellent. The guides on the bus were very professional and we never felt left out of anything. The private trip, although a little more expensive was worth every pound. My Dad and I went with Sharm Smile for this day trip on the 7th Jan 2026 and it was utterly superb. Every single element of the day was superb and seamless. The communication via WhatsApp was proactive and very clear, all the journeys were very easy and it was just the best way to spend the day. We had an excellent day trip to Cairo with Sharm Smile. Our driver Said was punctual and very courteous. He drove us around safely and got us back to the airport in plenty of time. Our guide Ahmed did a superb job guiding us around the pyramids, the sphinx and the new Cairo museum. A great day in every way.
