Cairo Airport Pickup with Meeting and Assist

Good service and recommended. Arrival into Cairo Airport can be stHersham and chaotic. This was my second time visiting and both times I arranged private meet-and-greet service and hotel transfer. It really takes the thinking out of arrival and you can just relax and not have to worry about being in the right line—or waiting forever in line. Specific to this pick-up, Hersham was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator as we entered the immigration hall. He gathered our carry-ons and our passports. He managed the formalities, then helped us claim our baggage and go through customs and out

Our guide had a large sign with our names welcoming us at the first available spot off the plane. He was gracious and welcoming, whisked us from Visa, to Passport and then customs. He made it easy and quick. Took care to get us to the right place and made sure our welcome to Egypt was delightful! I cannot recommend this service more highly, especially for first time travelers to Egypt. So worth it!

as we were arriving in Cairo late at night & didnt have a visa we paid extra for a driver to meet us outside the disembarkation gate to assist us obtaining a visa & passing through immigration . No one showed up either at the gate, at immigration or at the luggage collection ! We telephoned the number in the Viator document & spoke to a man who said he would ring me back but never did ! Every other passenger had left before we found a local who could speak English & was happy to help us. A very stressful experience & unpleasant & expensive entry to Egypt . We were met quickly by the representative who helped us get through immigration and customs process which was chaotic. Our driver scooped us up and away we went. The fellow who met us was no nice and engaging, he made our 4 year old laugh and smile when she was definitely over the entire day at 1am

Has him was great. Do not come to airport without an escort. They will guide you through customs and liggage
