Ali and Omar We’re so professional. It took my husband and I a while to get through customs and they texted us on the Whatsup app to let us know they were outside waiting (which we didn’t receive until we got outside of the airport because of no service inside the Cairo Airport) . They waited patiently for us and came up and identified themselves right away. The ride to our hotel The Nile Ritz Carlton was perfect. Ali and the driver Omar picked up Marleen and I at the airport and took us to the hotel. Our flight was delayed but Ali kept in constant contact with me to make sure our transition through the airport was seamless. We greatly appreciated this given we had traveled for 21 hours and were a bit tired 😀. The next evening Ali took us to a Nile river dinner cruise complete with a night of on boat entertainment, including a belly dancer. Our first time to see belly dancing. The transfer from Marriott Mena House to Cairo Airport was convenient, clean, and comfortable. The driver, Yamoni, was able to navigate stop and go traffic with smooth transitions. He brought us to the front of the line at terminal drop off and helped us with our bags. His driving was exceptional and he was very friendly. We recommend this service to anyone visiting Cairo!
