Ahmed was a fantastic guide for the two days we spent in Luxor. He is a very friendly and outgoing local with excellent English and a deep knowledge of ancient Egypt, the Luxor area and beyond. Because of his extensive knowledge, instead of following a predetermined agenda with scripted narration, Ahmed invited us to choose our own list of sites and experiences, knowing that he could speak authoritatively to anything we chose to see.
