Overview

This experience takes you through some of southern Egypt’s most important landmarks. You will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, explore the Mummified Crocodile Museum and see the Temple of Edfu — the latter is the second largest temple in Egypt and is among the best preserved. Along the way you will have the chance to walk among ancient stonework and view artefacts and mummified crocodiles that reflect the area’s long history. As you move between sites you will pass small towns and villages, giving you a glimpse of everyday life in rural southern Egypt.
