The gentleman receiving me asked for my passport and didn’t explain why exactly he wanted my passport. He kept going through the pages while guiding me to the immigration desk. He didn’t explain what he was doing. Travelers naturally feel uncomfortable when non immigrant staff olay with their passports. Nonetheless the gentleman was polite and kind but I would strongly urge to explain to travelers what is happening and what the expectations are. The driver was professional, however the vehicle was a disaster. There was no AC and it was hot, and the ride was long with the windows open during hi
