3 Day Private Tour in Cairo

Overview

Over three days you will explore Cairo’s most famous sites, beginning with a pick‑up to the Giza plateau. There you will see the only surviving wonder of the ancient world, the Great Pyramid of King Khufu, and the nearby Great Sphinx. The first day will also take you to the Sakkara pyramids and the site of the ancient capital of Memphis, with lunch included. You will visit the Egyptian Museum to view one of the most important collections of ancient Egyptian artefacts. As you move through the city, you will see the Citadel of Saladin and the Mosque of Mohamed Ali. The tour also includes time in Khan Elkhalili Bazaar, where you will be able to learn how to bargain. Lunch will be provided. On the final day you will go to the Civilization Museum to learn about different aspects of Egyptian civilisation and to see the royal mummies. You will then visit Coptic Cairo to see some of the old churches, including the Crept Church where the holy family hid. Lunch is included on this day as well.
