Overview

You will leave Cairo and travel through the countryside toward the Bahariya Oasis, hearing stories along the way. At the oasis you will encounter lush vegetation, explore historic ruins and get a glimpse of traditional local life. As you move on, the landscape will change dramatically into the surreal White Desert, where dazzling white rock formations have been sculpted over millennia. This otherworldly setting offers striking photo opportunities as the light shifts. As the sun sets, you will set up camp in the desert, enjoy an outdoor dinner beneath the stars and share stories around the camp. A desert sunrise will greet you the following morning. After breakfast you will visit the Black Desert, known for its volcanic-looking landscapes, and then see Crystal Mountain, where quartz crystals glint within the rock. You will return to Cairo with the memories and images from the Bahariya Oasis, the White Desert, the Black Desert and Crystal Mountain.
