An overnight expedition from Cairo takes you into Egypt’s White Desert, where wind-carved rock formations create otherworldly shapes. Along the way you will visit the Crystal Mountain, explore the volcanic slopes of the Black Desert and learn about the history and life of the Bahariya Oasis. As you move through these stark landscapes, the contrast between white chalk formations and dark volcanic hills will shape the experience. You will spend a night camping under a starlit sky, with camping essentials provided and three hearty meals included. There is also time to take a refreshing dip in the rejuvenating hot springs near the oasis. If luck favours you, you may spot fennec desert foxes in their natural habitat.
