This full-day experience takes you from Sharm to the ancient city of Petra, travelling via the port of Taba and a high-speed ferry across the Gulf of Aqaba before continuing through the picturesque desert of Wadi Rum. After crossing into Jordan a guide will meet you and lead the visit, so you can focus on the sights and the landscape as you move between places. In Petra you will explore the famous Treasury of Al Khazneh, a remarkable façade carved entirely from the rock. You will also see an ancient amphitheatre, tombs, temples and the remains of houses from past eras as you follow a route that measures about 3 km one way. After the tour you will have lunch at a local restaurant (buffet); drinks are extra. The trip may be cancelled due to bad weather or if there are not enough participants.
