Tour VIP: Ciudadela de Saladino, mezquita de Mohamed Alí y mercado de Jan el-Jalili

We booked more than last minute and were rewarded by the tour operator's hospitality, friendliness and competence. Made our day in Cairo!

I really enjoy this tour. The guide Ehab and the driver Shady were excelent. Shady was always ready with the car to pick up us and take us to different places. Ehab gave me a lot of info about Egypt and also helped me to negotiate in Khan el Khalili. I recommend this tour.

Ehab was an amazing guide. Please request him if you can. He’s very knowledgeable and a great storytelling with a great sense of humor. Driver Shady was also very safe. The bazar was my favorite because there was so much to see but the mosque was even more beautiful and peaceful. Overall, great 4 hour trip.

The visits to papyrus and cotton shops were not in the original schedule and were not requested. To visit these stores - just to waist time.

Tour operator tried to charge us an extra 30 dollars after the cancellation period, saying our hotel was out of the pickup zone, even though we had told them where our pickup would be weeks ago. Plus there was no mention of a surcharge listed on the website. Called Viator since this was clearly a scam to get more money, but the rep couldn't and wouldn't do anything since we were past the cancelation window. They advised us to go to a downtown hotel for pickup:| Since we didn't want to miss out on the tour and lose 90 bucks, we paid $4 for an Uber each way. I will say our tour driver and guide

All right, organized and attentive driver. We hired only driver but did everything possible to make everything okay
